Henri Cartier-Bresson:

Henri Cartier-Bresson was born August 22,1908 and died August 3, 2004 at age 95. Cartier-Bresson was a French Photographer and he was said to be the founding father of photojournalism. He went to École Fénelon school , at 20 he attended a private arts school ,attended Cambridge University , and also wrote a book called The Decisive Moment.




I like this photo because it captures old architecture and it looks as if the person riding the bike is 
painted on the road.



I like this picture because the reflection of the man in the water .

I like this image because of the mountains and skyline in front of the four women praying.

  1. One of my favorite photographers. He didn't take out a lot of photo equipment with him, he took a small 35MM camera and took some of the most amazing photographs. We sometimes forget that it isn't the expensive equipment that makes a great photographer, it's someone who constantly takes photographs every day and develops and eye for a great picture... that is what makes you great. Love his work!
