Ansel Adams was born February 20, 1904 and died April 22, 1984 at the age of 82. He was known for his pictures of landscapes(mostly in black and white). He developed the Zone System (A way to determine proper exposure and adjust the exposure.) He received a doctorate of arts from Harvard and Yale , along with many other awards for his many works.
I like this photograph because the skyline reflects off of the water.
I like this picture because it captures two different types of tree leaves .
I like this picture because of the mountains in the background and the road I believe that they add depth
to the picture.
One of my favorite photographs by Ansel Adams is the top photograph here, I love the reflection of the sky in the water. I love looking at our river, at the peak of high tide, on a sunny day with clouds, you can see the sky perfectly reflected in the water, it is so beautiful. One day I will be outside on the river with my camera when this happens, and not in my classroom looking at the river from a distance...
